Learn about how earnings are handled when you withdraw as a creator or delete your account.

Creator Withdrawal

Creator withdrawal is the process of ending your activities as a creator. Your user account remains active.

How to Withdraw

1. Open the "Creator Dashboard"
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Tap "Creator Withdrawal"
4. Select a reason category (required)
5. Optionally, enter a detailed reason (optional)
6. Review the notices and tap "Withdraw"

Impact of Creator Withdrawal

Before withdrawing, please confirm the following

• Complete payout requests for any confirmed earnings before withdrawing
• Make sure your payout destination is registered (Payout Destination Settings)
• Wait for payout requests to complete before withdrawing

How Earnings Are Handled

If your payout destination is not registered, please register it before withdrawing. You cannot receive your earnings without a registered destination.

Account Deletion

Account deletion completely removes your SMFans account.

Impact of account deletion

Deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of the following data. This cannot be undone.

• User account (you will no longer be able to log in)
• Wallet balance (non-refundable)
• Pending payout requests (automatically rejected; returned to earnings balance)
• Access to purchased content (all access revoked)
• Profile, posts, follow relationships, and all other data

Recommended Steps

If you want to receive your earnings, we recommend the following steps:

1. Verify your payout destination: Confirm your destination information is correct in Payout Destination Settings
2. Submit payout requests: Request payouts for all confirmed earnings
3. Wait for completion: Wait until the payouts are processed
4. Withdraw as creator: Withdraw after the settlement is complete
5. Delete account if needed: If you no longer need the account itself, delete it last

If you delete your account first, all unpaid earnings and wallet balance will be lost. Be sure to follow the steps above.

Earnings in Case of Account Suspension

If your account is suspended (banned), earnings are handled as follows. Suspension is a reversible measure designed to allow recovery from misoperations, so earnings data is retained.

Confirmed earnings from content unrelated to the violation	Retained in your earnings balance (payouts can be requested after suspension lifts)
Earnings from content that violated the policy	Payment may be refused
Pending payout requests	Kept as pending (processing is paused while the suspension is active)

Once the suspension is lifted, pending payout requests resume normal review and approval. Confirmed earnings can also be requested as usual after the suspension lifts.

If you disagree with the suspension decision, please contact Support from the email address registered with your account. We will review your appeal and respond.
