How Earnings Work
Learn about revenue types and fees.
Revenue Types
Creators can earn revenue from the following four sources:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Monthly Plans | Revenue from plan fees paid monthly by subscribers |
| Individual Sales | Revenue from selling content individually |
| Back Issues | Revenue from selling past monthly content (per plan per month) |
| Tips | Revenue from support tips sent by users |
Fan Club Fee
A fan club fee is deducted from all revenue.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Fee Rate | 15% of revenue (standard) |
| Tax | Tax included |
| Rounding | Rounded down |
Calculation examples:
-
For a 1,000 yen monthly plan:
- Fee: 1,000 yen x 15% = 150 yen
- Creator's earnings: 1,000 yen - 150 yen = 850 yen
-
For a 3,000 yen individual sale:
- Fee: 3,000 yen x 15% = 450 yen
- Creator's earnings: 3,000 yen - 450 yen = 2,550 yen
A separate "buyer fee" is added when users purchase content. This fee does not affect your creator earnings.
Receiving Your Earnings
All revenue is added to your earnings balance. The earnings balance is managed separately from your top-up balance (wallet balance) and can be withdrawn to your bank account via a payout request.
- Top-up balance (wallet balance): Funds you've topped up. Used for content purchases, plan payments, and sending tips.
- Earnings balance: Your creator revenue. Can only be used for payout requests.
