Payout Requests

Learn about how to request payouts and the payout schedule.

Payouts are only available from your earnings balance

Payout requests are processed from your earnings balance. Payouts cannot be made from your top-up balance (wallet balance). The earnings balance is a dedicated balance where your creator revenue from content sales, plan subscriptions, tips, etc. is accumulated.

How to Request a Payout

To transfer your earnings to your payout destination, you need to submit a payout request.

  1. Open the "Creator Dashboard"
  2. Tap "Payout Management"
  3. Tap "Request Payout"
  4. Review the payout amount
  5. Tap "Submit Request"
Before submitting a payout request, make sure your payout destination is correctly registered. Incorrect destination information will cause the transfer to fail. See Payout Destination Settings for how to register your destination.

Destination Types

From Payout Management → "Set Payout Destination", you can choose one of the following:

Japanese Bank AccountReceive funds via a domestic bank, branch, and account number
WiseSend to a Wise account email (11 currencies supported)
AlipayFor Alipay recipients in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao (via Wise, CNY-only)
With Wise you can withdraw to a bank account or use the Wise debit card, with industry-leading low conversion fees. The recipient must open a Wise account.
Alipay Coverage

Alipay payouts via Wise are only available to recipients in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao. For recipients in other regions, please use Wise instead.

If your balance does not meet the minimum payout amount, you cannot submit a request. The balance will carry over to the next period.
Supported countries and currencies follow Wise's rules. Some currencies or regions may be unavailable depending on the recipient's location. See the Wise supported countries / currencies list for details.

Payout Request Statuses

You can check the status of your payout request on the "Payout Management" screen.

If Your Payout Is Rejected

The most common reason for payout rejection is incorrect destination information.

  1. Check the rejected request in "Payout Management"
  2. Review the rejection reason
  3. Correct your destination information in Payout Destination Settings
  4. Submit a new payout request
