Payout Requests
Learn about how to request payouts and the payout schedule.
Payout requests are processed from your earnings balance. Payouts cannot be made from your top-up balance (wallet balance). The earnings balance is a dedicated balance where your creator revenue from content sales, plan subscriptions, tips, etc. is accumulated.
How to Request a Payout
To transfer your earnings to your payout destination, you need to submit a payout request.
- Open the "Creator Dashboard"
- Tap "Payout Management"
- Tap "Request Payout"
- Review the payout amount
- Tap "Submit Request"
Destination Types
From Payout Management → "Set Payout Destination", you can choose one of the following:

|---|---|
| Japanese Bank Account | Receive funds via a domestic bank, branch, and account number |
| Wise | Send to a Wise account email (11 currencies supported) |
| Alipay | For Alipay recipients in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao (via Wise, CNY-only) |
Alipay payouts via Wise are only available to recipients in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao. For recipients in other regions, please use Wise instead.

Payout Schedule

| Processing | Requests are processed in submission order. Transfers to banks / Wise typically complete within 5 business days after submission |
Payout Request Statuses
You can check the status of your payout request on the "Payout Management" screen.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Being reviewed in submission order |
| Completed | Funds have been deposited to your destination |
| Rejected | Due to issues such as incorrect destination info |
If Your Payout Is Rejected
The most common reason for payout rejection is incorrect destination information.
- Check the rejected request in "Payout Management"
- Review the rejection reason
- Correct your destination information in Payout Destination Settings
- Submit a new payout request
