Payout Destination Settings

How to register and update your payout destination. You can register one of the following types.

Wise's actual fees vary by currency, amount, and country, but the creator-facing fee is a flat 330 yen — the difference is covered by SMFans.

How to Open the Settings

  1. Open the "Creator Dashboard"
  2. Tap "Payout Management"
  3. Tap "Set Payout Destination" (a dedicated page opens)

Choosing a Destination Type

At the top of the dedicated page, use the "Destination Type" selector to choose what to register. Required fields update based on the selection.

Required Information

Japanese Bank Account

Wise

Open your own Wise account in advance and enter its details. If you don't have a Wise account yet, you can create one for free from the link on the registration screen.

Alipay (via Wise)

Alipay payouts via Wise are only available to recipients in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao. For other regions, please use Wise instead.

About the recipient name

The account holder / recipient name must match the legal name you submitted during creator registration. Transfers fail when names differ.

Updating Your Destination

To update your registered destination:

  1. Open "Set Payout Destination" (when already registered, the "Destination Type" selector shows the current value)
  2. Switch the type using the selector at the top, if needed
  3. Edit the required fields
  4. Tap "Save"
While a payout is being processed, do not change your destination until the payout completes. Changes may cause transfer errors.

If Destination Info Was Incorrect

When a payout fails

If transfer fails due to incorrect destination info:

  1. The payout request is invalidated (rejected)
  2. Re-register the correct destination via "Set Payout Destination"
  3. Submit a new payout request

When funds were sent to the wrong account (domestic bank account)

In the unlikely event funds were sent to the wrong account:

  1. A "recall" (transfer reversal) is requested from the bank
  2. The recall fee is 880 yen
  3. If the recall succeeds, the amount minus the fee is re-deposited
A recall is not guaranteed to succeed. For example, if the funds have already been withdrawn from the destination account, recovery may be impossible. Always verify your destination info before submitting a payout request.

Registering Your Destination Before Creator Withdrawal

Before withdrawing from the creator program, you must register your payout destination in advance to receive your confirmed earnings.

If you withdraw without registering a destination, you may be unable to receive the remaining earnings. If you are considering withdrawal, register your destination first.
