Set Management
Here's how to create, edit, and manage your sets.
What Is a Set?
A set is a feature that lets you bundle multiple exclusive (paid) posts into a single one-time product. It sits between monthly plans (subscriptions) and single sales, letting fans buy several posts they're interested in together.
| Sales Method | Billing | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly Plan | Subscription | Ongoing access to posts published under the plan |
| Single Sale | One-time | Sell a single post individually |
| Set | One-time | Bundle multiple exclusive posts into one product |
- You want ongoing support > Monthly plan
- You want to sell a single post on its own > Single sale
- You want to bundle related posts at a good value (series, compilations, features, etc.) > Set
Creating a Set
To create a set, follow these steps:
- Open the "Creator Dashboard"
- Tap "Set Management", located below "Plan Management"
- Tap the "+" button
- Fill in the set settings
- Tap "Create"
Set Settings
| Field | Required | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Title | ✓ | The name of the set |
| Description | - | A description of the set's contents and perks (optional) |
| Thumbnail | ✓ | The set's cover image (required) |
| Price | ✓ | Set between ¥100 and ¥100,000 (free sets at 0 yen cannot be created) |
| Posts | ✓ | The exclusive posts to include in the set (3 to 30 posts) |
Post Display Order
Posts in a set are automatically displayed in order of newest published date first. The display order cannot be changed manually.
About Review
Sets go through a review process. The thumbnail, title, and description are subject to review.

[*] --> Pending: Create / Submit
Pending --> Published: Approved by staff
Pending --> Rejected: Sent back by staff
Rejected --> Pending: Revise and resubmit
Published --> Pending: Change the thumbnail
Published --> SalesStopped: Stop selling
SalesStopped --> Published: Resume selling
- When you create a set, it enters the pending state and staff review the thumbnail and text
- Once approved, the set is published and fans can purchase it
- If it is sent back, the rejection reason is displayed. Revise the content and save to resubmit for review (publishing still requires staff approval)
- Changing the thumbnail after publishing triggers a re-review (editing the title, description, or included posts does not)
Editing a Set
You can edit a set you've created at any time.
- Select the set you want to edit from "Set Management"
- Tap "Edit"
- Modify the desired fields (title, description, thumbnail, price, and included posts)
- Tap "Save"
For existing buyers, a set's posts may increase but will never decrease (buyer protection).
- Adding: If you add a post to a set that has already sold, the post is automatically made available to fans who already bought it, at no extra charge. If you want to sell new posts separately, create a new set instead
- Removing: Even if you remove a post from the set, fans who already bought it can still view that post (access already granted is never revoked). Only fans who purchase afterward are excluded
- Price: The price is fixed at the moment of purchase. Changing it later does not affect fans who already bought the set
If the number of published posts in a set drops below 3 (for example, by deleting or unpublishing posts), the set becomes "Sales ended" and can no longer be purchased (it is also hidden from listings). Once it has at least 3 published posts again, it automatically returns to "On sale". Note that the access of fans who already purchased is retained.
So when editing, be mindful of whether you are expanding an existing set or selling it as a new set. :::
Stopping and Resuming Sales
You can pause sales of a published set at any time. This is useful when you want to temporarily stop selling or review the contents.
- Select the set from "Set Management" and open "Edit"
- Turn on "Stop Selling" to put the set into the Sales Stopped state
- Turn it off again to resume sales
- The set is hidden from the "Sets" tab on your profile and from listings, and it can no longer be purchased
- The detail page is viewable only by you and fans who have already purchased it (it is not shown to anyone else)
- The access of fans who have already purchased is retained (they can still view it)
- You can return it to the published (on sale) state at any time by tapping "Resume selling"
Sets that are pending review or rejected cannot have their sales stopped (the toggle is shown in a disabled state). Please use this after the set has passed review and been published.
Deleting a Set
You can delete sets you no longer need.
- Select the set you want to delete from "Set Management"
- Tap "Delete"
- Tap "Delete" on the confirmation screen
Display on Your Profile
Published sets appear in the "Sets" tab on your profile page, to the right of the "Exclusive" tab.
About Fees
Revenue from sets, like your other earnings, is added to your "payout balance" in full, and the fan club fee is deducted at the time of payout request. See How Earnings Work for details.
