Here's what you need to know about content purchases and refunds.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted after purchase.
When Refunds May Be Granted
Refunds may be provided in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate charges due to a system error
- Unintended purchases caused by a system error
Viewing Purchased Content
You can return to any purchased content by tapping the corresponding row in your purchase history.

The Library gives you cross-cutting access to all of your purchases.
Even for content you have already purchased, access may be lost in the following cases:
- The post has been suspended by an administrator — Posts that may violate our policies are temporarily restricted while under review
- The post has been removed by an administrator — Posts that violate our policies become permanently inaccessible
- The post is under re-review — Posts that have been sent back to the creator for revision are temporarily inaccessible until the creator updates and republishes them
- The creator's account has been suspended or removed — Content from creators who have violated our policies becomes inaccessible even if you previously purchased it
About Purchase History Retention
You can review your purchase history at any time from "Account" → "Purchase History". Note that once you delete your account, you will no longer have access to your purchase history — please make a note of any information you need before deleting.
