Credit Card Management
Here's how to register, remove, and change your credit card.
How to Open Card Management
- Open "Account"
- Tap "Wallet"
- Tap the "Auto Top-Up" tab
- Tap "Change Card" on your card information
This will take you to the card management screen of the external payment service.
Register a Card
You can register a credit card when setting up auto top-up.
- Open the "Auto Top-Up" tab on the "Wallet" screen
- Tap "Enable Auto Top-Up"
- The card information entry screen will appear
- Enter the following information:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- Security code (CVC)
- Cardholder name
- Tap "Register" to complete
Change Your Card
You can change your registered card to a different one.
- Open the "Auto Top-Up" tab on the "Wallet" screen
- Tap "Change Card" below your current card information
- Enter the new card information
- Tap "Register" to complete
Remove Your Card
To remove your card, disable auto top-up.
- Open the "Auto Top-Up" tab on the "Wallet" screen
- Tap "Disable Auto Top-Up"
- Tap "Disable" on the confirmation screen to complete
Disabling auto top-up will also remove your registered card information. Please note that if your wallet balance is insufficient for monthly plans or other automatic payments, those payments will fail.

PayPal
PayPal auto top-up is currently being prepared. It appears in the payment method list but cannot be selected yet. We will announce the launch date once it is finalized.
Payment Currency
Only Japanese yen (JPY) is supported.
Card Information Security
Your card information is securely managed by a payment service that complies with PCI DSS (the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Your card information is not stored on SMFans servers. All card data is securely managed by an external payment service.
