Learn about how monthly plans work, and how to subscribe, change, and cancel them.

What Is a Monthly Plan?

A monthly plan is a subscription service where you pay a monthly fee set by the creator to access their exclusive content. Different plans may offer access to different content.

When you subscribe to a monthly plan, you can view all posts published under that plan. Some creators offer multiple plans with different tiers.

How to Subscribe

Auto top-up must be set up before subscribing.

Before subscribing, please register a payment method under "Wallet" → "Auto Top-Up". If auto top-up is not set up, the subscription itself will be rejected. This is to prevent unintended access loss due to renewal failures.

1. Open the profile page of the creator you want to subscribe to
2. Select your preferred plan from the "Plans" section
3. Review the plan details and price
4. Tap the "Subscribe" button
5. The product price plus a service fee (10%) is deducted from your wallet balance, completing the subscription

If your wallet balance is insufficient, you'll need to top up first. If you have auto top-up enabled, the shortfall will be automatically charged.

When you subscribe to a plan, a conversation with the creator is automatically created and you'll receive a subscription notification message (and the creator's welcome message, if set). For chat-enabled plans, you and the creator can exchange messages once the subscription is active.

Changing Your Plan

To switch from your current plan to a different one:

1. Cancel your current plan
2. Subscribe to the new plan

Even for upgrades, there is no prorated adjustment. Please cancel your current plan and then subscribe to the new one.

Canceling a Plan

Even after canceling, you can continue to view content until the end of your paid period.

1. Open "Account"
2. Select "Active Plans"
3. Select the plan you want to cancel
4. Tap the "Cancel" button

Content Access After Cancellation

Canceling does not immediately revoke your access. You can view content until the end of your paid period (expiration date).

Monthly plans do not offer prorated refunds. If you cancel mid-month, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.

Canceling an All-Access Plan

Plans with back issues disabled are called "all-access plans".

When you cancel an all-access plan, you will lose access to all past posts after the renewal period ends. Please keep this in mind before canceling.

What is an all-access plan?

Plans with back issues set to OFF operate in "all-access mode". While subscribed, you have access to all past posts, but after cancellation (once the expiration date passes), all access is lost.

Plan Price Changes

Even if a creator changes the plan price, you will continue to be charged the price you joined at. Your auto-renewal amount will not change.

The new price applies only when you newly subscribe or re-subscribe.

What Are Bundle Plans?

Bundle plans let you subscribe to a monthly plan for 3 / 6 / 12 months at once at a discounted rate. They are available when a creator has configured bundle options for their plan.

Bundle Plan Features

• Discounted: Subscribe at a lower price than the regular monthly rate
• One-time payment: Pay for the entire bundle period upfront
• Auto-renewal: Automatically renews under the same terms when the bundle period ends
• Peace of mind after cancellation: Even if you cancel, you can still view content until the end of the bundle period

How to Subscribe to a Bundle Plan

1. Open the profile page of the creator you want to subscribe to
2. Select your preferred plan from the "Plans" section
3. If bundle options (3 months / 6 months / 12 months) are available, select your preferred duration
4. Review the discounted price and tap the "Subscribe" button
5. The full amount is deducted at once from your wallet balance to complete the subscription

Bundle plans are more cost-effective than monthly subscriptions. If you want to support a creator long-term, we recommend subscribing through a bundle.

A bundle marked as "Recommended" is a duration that the creator particularly recommends.
