Learn how to report inappropriate content.
What Is Reporting?
You can submit a report to SMFans about posts, comments, users, or chat messages that may violate the Terms of Service.
How to Report
- Tap the three-dot icon (︙) on the inappropriate content, then choose "Report" from the menu
- Post detail: three-dot icon at the top right
- Comment: three-dot icon on each comment
- User / chat: three-dot icon on the profile or chat screen
- Select a report reason

| Child Exploitation | Content involving the exploitation of minors |
| Illegal Goods | Content related to illegal goods or services |
| Harassment | Defamation, threats, etc. |
| Copyright Violation | Unauthorized use of someone else's work |
| Misinformation | False or misleading information |
| Unauthorized Use | Misuse of accounts or services |
| Other | Issues not covered above |

- Tap the send button
What Happens After You Report?
- We review reports in order and respond as needed (typically within 3-5 business days)
- If a Terms of Service violation is confirmed, measures such as content removal or account suspension may be taken
- Individual notification of the outcome is not provided
The user you report will not be notified. You can use this feature with confidence.
Dealing with Harassment
If you are experiencing harassment, please follow these steps:
- Use the report function to report it to SMFans
- For serious or urgent cases, please contact Support directly
In cases of severe harassment or illegal activity, legal action may be taken. We recommend saving evidence such as screenshots.
