Here's what you need to know about chat (messaging) settings and messages from SMFans.
Organizing Conversations
From the chat menu (⋯) on each conversation, you can perform the following actions.
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Pin | Pin to the top of the conversation list |
| Unpin | Return to the normal sort order |
| Archive | Hide from the main list (automatically returns when you send a new message) |
| Unarchive | Return from the "Archived" list to the main list |
| Report | Report the chat partner or messages to SMFans |

Messages from SMFans (the support team) can reach you at any time.
- Replies to your inquiries
- Important announcements about the service
How to Check Support Chat
- Open the "Conversations" page
- Select the conversation with "SMFans Support"
Support chat is used for replies to your inquiries and important announcements from SMFans. Please check it regularly.
